| Harbor View walkthrough |

Our goal in this project is to design an inviting space. Harbor View is a prime mixed use real estate development in Long Beach , CA consisted of retail store fronts and residential space. By working with empty spaces, structure, and its architecture, we created function-enhancing messages and moods conveyed through carefully selected finishes, fixtures, signage, graphics, lighting, architectural elements, plantings, landscaping, and color palette. This walkthrough shows how a well-designed space not only gains attention, but can also touch people and positively impact their perception and experience of the space and all that this great development has to offer.
